Strengthening responsible governance
We are committed to upholding strong organisational standards that reinforce transparency, accountability, and ethical decision‑making across the Bank. Guided by our Code of Conduct and comprehensive suite of policies, we ensure that our operations remain fair, responsible, and aligned with regulatory expectations.
In collaboration with the Compliance and Risk Management functions, our ESG team ensures that ESG considerations are embedded into strategic decision‑making, customer assessments, and core risk processes.
The team provides oversight of sustainability‑related matters through the ESG Committee and works closely with Compliance to ensure alignment with evolving regulatory requirements, while incorporating ESG risks into the Bank’s established risk management practices. Through this coordinated approach, we continue to advance responsible business conduct and support the Bank’s long‑term sustainability objectives.
