Born from a joint venture between Bank of Valletta plc and Rothschilds and Co Asset Management, Valletta Fund Management brought asset management solutions to Malta, serving the local market and paving the way for the industry’s growth.

Introducing fund administration services
Valletta Fund Management expanded its horizons, stepping into fund administration for third parties. It became a trusted choice, mainly for fund managers and promoters looking to establish fund structures in Malta.

Malta’s first recognised fund administrator
Valletta Fund Services emerged as a spin-off from Valletta Fund Management, assuming responsibility for managing fund administration services.
Breaking new ground, it became the first company in Malta to earn a recognition certificate from the Malta Financial Services Authority (MFSA) for fund administration. Overtime, it established itself as a leader in the field, becoming Malta’s top fund administrator.
