Shareholder Services
One of the core activities carried out by BOV Fund Services is related to the maintenance of the Shareholders’ Register for all the funds under administration. Amongst others, our Shareholder Services Division carries out an all-encompassing service related to the maintenance of shareholder records for all of our clients’ investment funds.
Our Services include:
- Comprehensive shareholder record-keeping functionality across multiple share classes and load schedules;
- Processing of subscriptions, redemptions, switches and transfers of investor shares, monthly investment plans (MIPs), and distribution payments;
- Support for retail shareholders, institutional shareholders and professionals shareholders;
- Preparation and mailing of shareholder statements, valuations and other related reporting;
- Issuance of Contract Notes to reflect changes in ownership;
- Channelling of orders from multiple jurisdictions ; and
- Assistance with complying with international Anti-Money Laundering Regulations.
At BOV Fund Services we provide all the above services to Shareholders who invest in the funds we administer. Furthermore we also answer queries and provide other shareholder services as advised by our clients. Our Shareholder Services Division also carries out the supporting functions that accompany the core functions of the Shareholder Services, ensuring that these are carried out within the applicable regulatory framework, in a consistent and comprehensive manner.
